Created by the UN World Food Programme, the Repository provides access to information and resources dedicated to learning through skills and capacity development in the field of food security assessment.

Skills and capacities can be built through three types of learning:

• Training Workshops, learning that occurs through a face-to-face meeting
• On-the-Job Learning, learning that occurs while performing the related job duties
• e-Learning, learning on-line or via CD-ROM
