We would like to invite applications for a 5-day Good Enough Guide Training of Trainers (ToT) that will take place from June 30th to July 4th at the Panafric Hotel, Nairobi, Kenya from 8am-5pm and 8am to 1 pm on the fifth day.

The ToT targets representatives from agencies who are focal points for:
- Accountability and / or
- Design, Monitoring and Evaluation and/or
- Operations Managers and/or
- Disaster Management and/or
- Capacity Builders.

The people who will undergo the TOT will be expected to train a group as part of the training and will also be expected to conduct at least 3 trainings over the next 12 months in their respective agencies. In addition, the trained persons will form a core team of the Good Enough Guide TOTs in Africa who will work in partnership to promote Accountability in Emergencies.

The Good Enough Guide (GEG) is the output of the ECB II initiative which looks at Accountability and Impact Measurement. The ECB II initiative is seeking to enhance agency accountability to the humanitarian sector standards and improve practices in impact measurement of humanitarian action. Therefore the GEG is an approach to support the learning of staff who are being asked to implement accountability and impact measurement mechanisms and processes in their humanitarian projects.
